We have a single room available in this quiet house with a shared kitchen, dining area, and bathroom.
The single room has a good quality sofa bed, TV, clothes rack and shelves.
Ideal for professionals such as accountants, engineers, doctors, nurses, etc., as well as contractors and people visiting the area for a short time. No minimum stay – you can stay from a couple of weeks to several months. Companies are welcome to enquire and book. 3 minutes drive to General Dynamics and Merthyr Tydfil Industrial Park, 4 minutes drive to the A470 main through road, and 12 minutes drive to Prince Charles hospital. The house is quiet for sleeping during the day if you are on night shifts. All areas of the house are cleaned every 2 weeks.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath & toilet. No smoking is allowed in the house. WIFI, all bills, and initial bed linen if needed are included.
Parking is on-street, current/previous guests have had no problems parking near the house. No parking permits/charges are required.
Room Prices:
Single Room - £135 per week for single occupancy
Double Room - £155 per week for single occupancy, £185 per week for couple
