As part of our end of Winter Sale we are offering 3 different sized double bedded rooms with en-suite to contractors / employed staff working away from home.

Rooms are bright & fresh.
The smaller ground floor rooms have a hanging area.
En-suite shower room.
Small fridge, Tea & kettle. Micro on that floor.
£500 including utilities.
TV & internet.
Desk area.

Our first floor rooms have 2 size rooms.
There are double rooms with bright en-suite. Wardrobe, fridge, tea & coffee facilities.
All have TV, desk, tea & coffee making facilities.
£600 including utilities.

Our larger rooms have their own kitchen sink & kitchen area. Fridge, tea & coffee making facilities. Desk area. TV & internet.
A microwave. Wardrobe.
Larger bathrooms.
£675 including utilities.
These are suitable for couples.

We have ONE larger room with 2 double beds that would suit two students / colleagues sharing. This would work particularly well with those on opposite shifts:
This room has a kitchen sink. Fridge, Micro, large bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities and a wardrobe.
The room has TV & internet. & Desk
It is on its own floor.
For a long term rent you could take one bed away and replace with a sofa to make a sitting area.
£750 mth including utilities for 2 people.

All rooms - Residents have access to a lounge with access to micro, toaster, hot plate, slow cooker, kitchen sink & eating area. There is a requirement to leave this area as you would like to find it.

We provide bedding but most people prefer to use their own.
Residents have access to washing facilities and look after their own laundry & bedding.

Secure access is provided 24/7.
Our rooms are suitable for all shift patterns.

Parking is available on site or on street level.
We have an EV charger point.
Access directly outside our front entrance is reserved for disabled / guests with restricted mobility.

Monday to Friday let’s are considered.
These rooms need to be emptied every weekend.

Minimum let is 3 mths
Very friendly staff.
All inclusive monthly cost.
Paid 1 month in advance.
We do not accept weekly rates at these prices.
Weekly rates are £40 per night for 3 nights minimum.

Our rooms suit male or female boarders.

We are within 30 mins of 4 major hospitals.
Suitable for Rail & contractor workers.
Able to make your stay comfortable & quiet.

Our rooms are serviced by a part time bar. Open Friday to Sunday.
Weekly food deliveries are available.
There are a wide range of takeaway deliveries available.

NOTE - We will always ask you to complete your SPARE ROOM PROFILE. & provide photographic ID.
