I am 39, Male. Work professional job, (I work Mon-Fri, out of house 06:00 - 17:00 at least, so perfect for somebody who works from home). I'm also often busy in evenings and weekends - so the house will be yours a lot of the time!
Everything in house is new in last 12 months, clean, fresh, looked after.

I am a low maintenance house mate who respects people's personal boundaries and need for space.

Looking for somebody clean, trustworthy, safe, doesn't bring trouble to the house.
Prefer female housemate. (Just because I've never lived with a male! And not used to it!).
