Kitchen is clean with plenty of cupboard storage, fridge&freezer space. House freshly painted and carpeted throughout. Each room has single bed, wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom has shower and bath, (a very nice deep chilling bath!).

It's a nice, big, clean beautiful home, and it's a lot of home for just myself.
I work all week, I'm at gym or with kids on the weekend, so I'm not home a great deal. I'm an easy going guy, the house will feel like home to you in no time. It's a shared bathroom, but again clean, fresh. Everyone expected to "clean as you go", but if both rooms are rented out, I may get a cleaner in a few times a week to have a spruce on top. I haven't put any pictures up yet, as I'm getting the painting and carpet done in the next 2 weeks. But the house is lovely and the kitchen like a show home. There is also a small utility room with washer and dryer.
