I have 2 double bedrooms available to rent in my 3 bedroom house, which is in a nice and quiet part of Dowlais, Merthyr. The master bedroom has an ensuite.
Second double bedroom will have use of the shared bathroom in the photos. Photo shows the room empty, but it will be furnished before.
The house itself is modern and spacious. I am away quite often, so you will see me from time to time, but it will feel like you are mainly just sharing with one other. This could work well for two friends or a couple. But I am also open to individual applicants.
All bills will be included.
I'm looking for two mature, respectable, clean, tidy, house proud tenants who will look after the place.
