Room in 2 bedroom House to rent in Merthyr Tydfil

Although we will be house mates in practise you will be living alone as I shall be living with and looking after my 87 year old mum in her home and will do until the day she passes away after which I will return to the property where we can continue to share the home and all bills. This could be in weeks or years...God only knows.
The room costs £45 per week plus £10 a week council tax plus gas and electric which is prepaid on a key on a meter. Then there are water rates of £380 per year payable weekly. You will also need a TV License. You will be responsible for all bills until the time that I return, after which we will share bills.
The home is furnished but has no washing machine.
It is a 5 minute walk from Merthyr Tydfil train station ( CF47 0PR )
May agree to 2 but 1 would be on short notice cause I dont know how long before I return.
