Double room in Merthyr

A lovely fully furnished double guest room in my home will be available around mid-December, all bills included.

The room comes equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Towels, bedding and laundry are provided, along with a weekly room clean and bathroom is shared. On street parking available near to house, no permit needed.

I only take in one lodger at a time and the room is only suitable for one person (sorry no couples or families). The current household is me the live-in landlord, plus a dog and cat.

Ideally I'm looking for a weekday lodger, but will consider full time depending on the situation.
