Overnight visitors, daytime/evening is fine
Smoking/drugs
Poor/unsafe behaviour in general won't be tolerated and you'll be asked to leave

Payment is due upfront to cover the coming week/ nights.
A small deposit will be taken in case of any damage to the property.

A month's notice will be given if you are required to vacate for any reason
