Porthcawl Room Available

I've got two spare rooms in my house and it's a shame to not have them used, so I'm looking to rent out the double. There is currently a king bed, desk and chest of drawers in there.
It's me and my sheepdog living here at the moment (she's very friendly), with my friend renting one of the other rooms.
There's a shared lounge, a kitchen/dining room and a sunroom that's become a makeshift gym.
There's a back garden and the front garden has been turned into a chipping driveway so we can get another car or two onto it.
There are two bathrooms, so the downstairs wetroom is available as a main bathroom for whoever is staying.
The house is a short walk (10/15 minutes) from the beach and town isn't far to walk to either.
Some of the pictures are from the ad listing from when I bought the house and a few are recent.
We got on very well with our last housemate and were sad she had to leave, so I'm not rushing to get someone in as I'd just want someone we'd get on equally well with.
