Porthcawl Room Available

I've got two spare rooms in my house and it's a shame to not have them used, so I'm looking to rent out the double to someone who we'd hopefully get on well with. There is currently a king bed, desk and cupboards in there.
It's me and my sheepdog living here at the moment (she's very friendly), with my friend renting one of the other rooms.
There's a shared lounge, a kitchen/dining room and a sunroom that's become a makeshift gym.
We've recently done up the back garden and the front garden has just been turned into a chipping driveway so we can get another car or two onto it.
The main sidenote is that the downstairs utility room is still being turned into a wet-room/bathroom so at the moment there is only one bathroom, but within the next month or two there will be two. I was going to wait and make a post once that was finished, but thought I may as well gauge interest.
The house is also a short walk (10/15 minutes) from the beach and town isn't far to walk to.
Also, some of the pictures are from the ad listing from when I bought the house and a few are recent.
