Unique Seaside Cottage

This unique seaside cottage was built in 1904 on the old Dunraven Castle Estate which is Common Land belonging to the Duchy of Lancaster. The area is now part of the Vale of Glamorgan's Heritage Coast, a stunning location and popular beauty spot.

There are views from the lounge and bedrooms across the bay to Exmoor, Devon, Lynmouth and Porthcawl. The sea is fifty metres immediately in front of the cottage and you simply stroll across the grassland to a large sandy beach. Large cliffs and caves lie to the east and the River Ogmore and some of Europe's largest sand dunes are to the West.

There are three bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with two singles. There is a dining room and a large lounge with three settees and Sky television.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, an electric cooker, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and a sink.

The cottage has constant central heating and hot water.
