Spare room for rent

Looking to rent out my spare room. The room is available now. Bills typically cost around £130 each on top of rent. The house is council tax band A. Although having your own transport isnt necessary as there is busses it is useful to have your own car as it is rural. It is important that the new lodger is good with dogs as I have an Old Tyme Bulldog who can be excited when he initially meets people so will take time to adjust to a new person in the house. He is super lovely and friendly!!! I currently work full time and on weekends so am not home much, i like to relax and watch tv after work in the evenings and have a quiet life. i also appreciate tidy and clean people :) I am vegan and lgbt so would love someone like minded if possible :)
