Private room in a rural bungalow

A traditional bungalow in a rural area of Pencoed. Two double bedrooms available with a shared bathroom. My husband and I have our bedroom downstairs, the rooms to rent are upstairs. A five minute walk into Pencoed and the train station, with easy access to Cardiff and Swansea.
Looking for somebody Monday - Friday.
My husband and I are OAP’s but are young in our ways, we are both very sociable and have rented the rooms previously to work professionals and have had a great relationship with all of them and we still keep in contact with them now.
TV and WiFi in the bedrooms. A second lounge available for you to use too.
Guests can use the garden to sit and relax in if the weather allows. We live on a common which is very quiet and peaceful. There are gorgeous views and lots of lovely walks just outside our gate with a mountain opposite with lovely views of Pencoed.
There are lots of places to eat in Pencoed and a few pubs too. Available from end of June/start of July.
