A spacious fully furnished double room available in a quiet neighbourhood in Pencoed. The room comes with a double bed, a brand new Simba mattress, large wardrobe, and plenty of space, making it ideal for a working professional looking for a comfortable and relaxed home.

The bathroom is shared, and you’ll also have access to the kitchen, garden, and the living room can be used when I’m not home. All bills are included, along with off-road parking. A couple of times of year I look after my Mum’s Pug. He’s extremely friendly and really quiet (doesn’t bark).

The house is in a great location for commuting — just a 7-minute walk to Pencoed train station and only 5 minutes from the M4, giving easy access to Cardiff and surrounding areas.

All bills included in the rent so nothing extra to pay.

About me - I’m a single working professional who works full time. I’m very laid back and easy to live with, all I ask is that the house and kitchen are kept tidy. My interests include golf, padel, cricket, and socialising.
