I have a single room to rent in a shared house. Current lodger has been with me over 1yr. The house is very modern, clean and tidy. You have full use of the house and all laundry facilities. I do not mind smoking as long as it is kept to the Garden only. There is off road parking. The house is in easy access to the motorway which less than 1 minute away jct 35 M4 and 10min walk to the train station. 15 minute walk to Dragon/Sony Film studios and 5 minute drive from the Police HQ Bridgend, previously rented to Film producers, Nurses and Foreign Students etc. Room available from August. I’m afraid the room is for a Female preferably and not suitable for partner sleepovers. I have a small friendly Yorkshire terrier.
