Large Double rooms to rent in a lovely house located in Penrhiwceiber, (inbetween Mountain Ash and Abercynnon).
The house is on a main bus route and 3 minutes walk to the local train station.
Ideally suit a professional who has respect for others. The ideal person will take pride in where they live and clean up after themselves.
I am a live in landlord with a happy and friendly disposition.
This is a large house with two separate lounges, shared kitchen, shared dining room, large bathroom with bath and shower, there is also a separate downstairs WC. Outside there is a large courtyard garden which enjoys full sun (when it shines).

Please consider I have a small King Charles spaniel who is very friendly.
