The room has a double bed, wardrobe and shelving storage. There is a shared kitchen, living/dining area and bathroom.
The house is based
just behind the train station so is just 10 minutes for University of South Wales (Pontypridd) and 25 minutes from Cardiff. House is fully furnished and has been recently decorated. Some bills are included in the rent. Short term or long term available.

I am very house proud and like to live in a clean and tidy environment therefore would like someone with the same outlook. Preferably mature students or professionals.
