Price includes fair usage of utilities and wi fi. One live in male landlord and one male lodger in house at present, there will only be 3 people in residence at any time ever. Though there will be a spare room for occasional visitors ( relatives). Near shops, takeaways, rail and bus stations/Washing machine and drier. Your own fridge/freezer. 2 weeks advance rent and 100 pounds deposit to move in. Rent 2 weeks in advance after. PLEASE NOTE NON SMOKERS ONLY, raping OK. Although stated in advert 3 people have viewed who are smokers, wasting everyone's time. There is also a small room adjacent to the bedroom which can be used for a small sitting room, except when I have overnight visitors which is very rare.
