The Studio is in the center of the village, with the main line train into Cardiff a 3 min walk away. The village of Pontyclun, has many shops and bars/pubs and all local amenities.
All Bills, inc Fibre Broadband are included. The space is ideal for one person. No pets allowed Sorry!
Viewings can take place anytime with the annexe available from June 1st
