Pontycymer is in a semi rural location, close to Bridgend, Sarn and the M4. There are frequent buses connecting the town to the shopping centre at McArthur glen and Bridgend town centre. You are also an easy walk to local amenities including a Spar shop and Co-Op supermarket, Chinese, Indian and Fish and Chip shops, and a selection of local stores.

From the house you have views of the countryside, and a front and rear patio to relax on.

A double room is available for £55 per week, plus £15 towards bills =£70 per week., or you can have a double room plus a single room/study for £80 per week, plus £15 towards bills, =£95 per week.

We do not require a deposit, but an admin fee of £140 is payable at the start of the tenancy.
