Roommate Wanted

I am looking for someone to live with me when I buy my house in the next few months in Pontypridd.

I would love to meet the person before hand, and have their input on how they would like their room decorated ! I would like someone who can be a friend as well as a housemate, and be looking to stay longer term really.

Please get in touch if you think this would be suitable for you. Based on what I’ve been approved to borrow, and the properties I’m looking at I would be estimating rent at between £300-£350, depending on the cost of the property. This would include all bills and a cleaner.
