Large double bedroom in professional house

I have a large furnished double bedroom to rent in Trallwn, Pontypridd near Ynysangharad park. It’s a newly decorated room in a 3-bedroom terraced house. There’s also a big lounge, new bathroom and boiler, good sized kitchen-diner with skylights and patio doors leading to a little garden. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside chest of drawers. The rent is inclusive of all bills, including fibre broadband.

I’m looking for someone who is working full-time, or a mature student, who is clean and tidy. You would be sharing the with one other person as I will be moving overseas. Room is available from late June/early July for a minimum of 6 months.
