It's a Let Right Student Accommodation which is confirmed to be legal and it is good for students.
Everything is close to the accommodation, along with the Treforest campus.

King size bed, big wardrobe with big shelf on the top, big desk with lots of drawers underneath and shelves on top. Nice spotlights, 3 windows and a mirror.
There are shared kitchens and living rooms for the tenants. My room is allowed to use the biggest kitchen and living room in the building, which are really nice and comfy.

My roomates are very friendly and sociable.
£99 per week
The bills are included.

Staying until the 7th of January is paid by me.
