Hi all, we have one double bedroom available to rent from the 1st of December, possibly earlier.

The bedroom comes furnished with a king-size bed and mattress, wardrobe and dressing table.

We are looking for either an individual (115pw) or a couple (700pcm). You will be sharing with one other female who is currently a student/professional. The house is very peaceful, on a quiet residential street with on street parking. There is one bathroom downstairs, small pretty garden to the rear, full working kitchen with modcons. The house is minimally furnished with all the essentials.

All bills included minus broadband which you can discuss with the other tenant.

Please no partys, clean and respectful people only. No universal credit.

Amenities: close to town centre, 15 min walk from the train station or 5 min with a car, large park close by. Local shops in walking distance and close to USW.
