Double room available in a newly renovated house.
Two shared bathrooms, shared kitchen and living space with a washer and dryer.
(There is a sofa in the living room, it's just not in the picture the letting agent gave us)

We don't pay council tax as we are all students; three girls and a boy.

Water is included with rent but gas, electricity and WiFi will be extra.

House is like a 2 minute walk from the side gate of the university and probably under 5 minutes to Tref train station.
If you drive you would need to get a parking permit which is £50 a year.
