Single room available in the Graig Pontypridd

Hi,
I have a west facing single room available to rent.
I have a 3 bedroomed terraced house on the Graig, Pontypridd.
The house was completely renovated in 2022 , there are a few snags that still need to be done , however, I very much consider it my home.
I love colour , pattern and texture so the house is quite bright , however the single room is in neutral tones with a soft ochre coloured blind.
The house is up several quite steep steps , and faces a sometimes busy road during peak traffic times. There is parking , wifi and my dog Elsie who loves a bit of attention and cwtches.
There is a typical valleys back yard/garden which I am slowly doing up , it gets the sun for most of the day.
I'm a 54yr old female that works part time for the NHS. I am a non drinker , non smoker and am currently trying to improve my overall health and well being.
I am an Arts in Health champion for the health board and love to paint abstract in my spare time.
Half of my downstairs living space is my art area , the other half is a typical living room.
I'm into living as drama free as possible and very much into "slow living " ,cooking ,gardening, arts, crafts , nature , dog walks ,music ,local history and socialising with friends.
My daughter lives here very part time as she is a student at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama studying viola.
It’s a 10 min walk into Ponty and the train station, trains run Approx every 30 mins into Cardiff.
It’s very close to Dewi Sant Hospital ,and USW in Treforest. The Royal Glamorgan Hospital is approx a 20 min drive away.
Rent doesn’t include gas/electric bills as costs vary throughout the year and usage. My current personal usage atm is ~ £ 65 per month.
References , proof of I. D. and a bond will be needed.
