I Have large flat but would only rent out just the one room to quiet student. This is ideal for student looking to have serious study or shift worker which isquiet and no disturbance. s who would prefer not to have lots of people sharing as Flat is a big size with use of sitting room and no other flatmates apart from myself can show any time. Very low cost share bills must pay own council tax
