Double room 2 mins from station Bills Inc

Hi, I have a large double room available for monthly rental. The room is in a 2 bed house, with the other room occupied by myself. We have a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The bills are included (unless you are using massive amounts of electric or something) which includes water, electric, broadband and council tax. The room comes with a bed, desk, wardrobe and chair. I am a quiet housemate, working a lot and would prefer someone similar.
