Attic Double Room in Quiet Residential Area

A large double room to let to a professional person. The property is situated in a very quiet residential area. The room is in very good condition and is weekly cleaned every two weeks where bed linens are also changed.

I am looking for a mature person who is VERY clean and tidy and treats the property with respect. My reason for looking for a person over the age of 45 is because the rest of the residents in the house are older and the mix would be better.

I do have animals, two small dogs and a cat, but please be aware they are limited to one room only.

The room consists of the following attributes:
Large double bed
Large three seater sofa (sofa bed)
Fireplace area
small fridge, toaster and kettle
microwave
Television
various storage units

I currently have two lodgers who have been with me for many years and are very clean, tidy and quiet. You need to be aware that you would be sharing the bathroom with them and you would need to leave the bathroom spotless so the other tenants do not complain.
