Hi 1 single room available with a double bed in Porthcawl £150 pw or £500 per month, small double wardrobe, minimal space.

Contemporary home 5ms walk from the beach and 15ms walk into Porthcawl Town.
Shared Bathroom.
There are 2 lounges i will use the kitchen/Sun lounge and house mates have full use of the cosy front lounge main lounge which is sunny and spacious.
Kitchen facilities are shared.
I am looking for short term let, this is negotiable. Happy to have to short term contractors £50 per night or in advance £200 a week.
I have 2 small Dogs who don't shed their coat they love people cwtches & Walks. You must love dogs or this isn't the home for you.
WiFi is available & Alexa.
There is small relaxing back garden with outside dining. The rooms are stylish and comfortable.
The individual must be in employment and the home isn't suitable for night shift worker or work from home.
There is 1 Parking space is available for house guests however it is a first come first serve basis for guests, I have my own allocated space, shed out the back to store Bicycles.
Payment will need to be 2 months Rent in advance plus bond. On departing The room needs to be cleaned by yourself to the high standard that it was when you moved in or £50 will be deducted from the Bond on leaving. Help to keep the house clean and tidy is expected to live in this beautiful home and share costs of cleaning products toilet paper washing detergent.
