Modern roomy house

I'm looking for an easy going person to share my home with myself and 2 Dogs a d0g lover would be ideal as they are velcro dogs.
Large King room will be available end of March 2025 Small double avaliable now.
My home isn't suitable for night shift workers or working from home. Preferred Professional working full time. I am easy going it's a quiet home, dogs can be lively in the day, and very chilled in the evening. I work 3 x12 hr shifts a week and the Dog walker comes into the house to collect and drop them off during the day time.
Although I'm mature in age i am well travelled easy going and very young at heart.
The Neighbourhood is quiet, 10ms walk into town and 5ms to the beach. Aldi Supermarket is within walking distance and there are lots of fabulous places to visit.

There are 2 lounges I will predominantly use the kitchen diner and other house guests can use the front lounge which is really cosy. Bills included with Cleaning products & washing detergents. General keeping of the home tidy and cleaning can be shared.
There is parking for 2 cars on the drive, one which will be mine and the other on a first come first serve basis. Looking forward to meeting an individual who wants to live in a chilled comfortable home.
