Comfortable 3 bed house to let.

3 bed house with 2 double and 1 single room available to let. The house has a lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room and downstairs bathroom. The bathroom has a shower. As part furnished it has washing machine and fridge ,cooker ,microwave and fridge, and is fully carpeted. there are 2 double beds and an over bed storage unit and wardrobe in room 1. The kitchen is wood flooring and has a table and chairs and some cutlery and crocks are there too. It is gas centrally heated which is covered by British gas homecare. There is a condenser tumble drier too, but this is due to no need at my house and would not be replaced if it was to break down but can be used til then. Would prefer whole house let but would consider house share but price would not include bills if that situation occured
