Double room in professional house for working week

We are a couple living in this property. It is a 5 bedroom house with three separate living rooms on ground floor. We own the property. Nick is semi retired. Colleen works in general dental practice. We have friendly dogs who can be kept separate. We are looking to share part of our house now that the children have moved out. We are happy for potential housemates to use the garden and patio areas. We have a running machine and snooker table which is also available. There is a large kitchen with dining area for use. Tea and coffe facilities in room. Separate dining area can be made available. The property is approx 5 mins from the M4 accessed at the Porthcawl junction. Shops, supermarket and public houses 10 mins. 20mins to beaches, golf courses and Kenfig Nature Reserve. Cardiff and Swansea reachable within 30 mins. We are adding a wardrobe, armchair and TV/DVD to the room before letting. We can offer almost complete privacy if required.
