Single bed in a double size oom in a family home

Our daughter has moved out and we have an empty room.

Our 15 year old son is still with us.

As such, the room is available for someone who would fit in in this type of family environment.

My wife and I are teachers so are not home in the daytime.

The room currently has a single bed and a wardrobe in it, along with a small chest of drawers, chair, bedside table.

We are a strictly non smoking or vaping household.

There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs.

You have use of the kitchen diner where meals should be eaten.

Most of the furniture can be removed from the room if needed.

We have two dogs so you definitely must be a pet lover.

We will require references.
