Double room in a family home

Our daughter has moved out and we have an empty room.

Our 14 year old son is still with us.

As such, the room is available for someone who would fit in in this type of family environment.

My wife and I are teachers so are not home in the daytime.

The room currently has a single bed and a wardrobe in it, however we are happy to amend the layout and sort out some simple (IKEA) furnishings if you are looking for something furnished.

We are a strictly non smoking or vaping household.

There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs.

We have two dogs so you definitely must be a pet lover.

We will require references.
