It’s a 5 min walk to the bus stop with a direct bus into Cardiff city centre. Approx 25 mins to Cardiff city centre and approx 10 minutes to the University of South Wales, Pontypridd. Super convenient location close to shops, leisure centre, bus stops and train station.

Looking for either a student or working professional in full time daily employment.
Will prefer people to stay Monday to Friday, however may accept full time residence if suitable. Please enquire if interested and I look forward to hearing from you.

A deposit is required upon starting the rental, this will be 2 weeks rent in advance (£160) You will receive this back in full at the end of the period.
