Light and airy room for rent in modern home.

I have a double bedroom, with built in wardrobes, in my townhouse for rent, which is on a new housing estate just off Gilfach Road as you go out of Tonyrefail towards Mountain View Estate and the hill to Gilfach. There is a bus stop just outside my hosuing site, which goes west to Bridgend or south to Porth, Pontypridd and Cardiff. I have a small and compact garden with a nice patio area. I am looking for a person who fits in and is able to look after themselves as I can sometimes work shifts. My property is near the A4119 which gives easy access to the M4. All bills included except the use of the landline which is not available for use.
