Would suit mature professional. I am a semi retired learning support assistant and have been renting out my spare room for several years now.
My home is located 2 miles from the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and Talbot Green, 10 minutes from M4 jn 34, and 4 miles from Pontyclun train station.
It’s situated in a quiet semi rural terraced cul de sac with on street parking.
Comfortable home with lounge, kitchen and shower room. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.
I have a friendly 12 year old cat so must be ok with cats.
Quiet neighbours.

There is a bus stop nearby 2 minutes walk away.
