Two roommates needed to replace current tenants

Double rooms with built in wardrobes and desks provided. The house includes a shared bathroom (shower/no bath), kitchen, living room/dining room, as well as free parking on the street. Kitchen includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, and water dispenser inside of the fridge. 10 minute walk to Trefforest campus. The two current tenants are friendly, quiet, and very tidy. Pets are welcome, but advised to discuss with landlord first. Both current tenants have had a tenancy before that didn’t include bills within the rent, this means that they’re educated on what companies to go with in regards to water, electricity/gas, and broadband.
