House Mates Wanted

3 Rooms available in a house share.
2 Medium, 1 Small.
Each room comes with a double bed, desk, and built in wardrobe.

The house is decent, could do with a bit of decoration but haven’t due to previous house mates being dirty and untrustworthy.

On street parking.

I currently live in the house, I’m a sociable person, but I like my own space at times- wouldn’t say no to sharing a bottle of wine or two, Netflix lover, can happily sit and play COD for a few hours and have top tier banter.

I work as a Security Guard so my days are long, in respect to the Pandemic I do come straight in, shower and make sure I clean everything that I’ve touched. Due to having health issues I’m very careful. My only request is for you to be the same with cleanliness.

Landlord is a lush guy! Responds to problems as soon as he can and helps you out when ever there’s issues with rent or housemates.
