I am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy which ends at the end of the current Academic year (22nd July 2022). There are 2 females and 1 male living at the address. The property is newly furnished and decorated with a modern touch. The room for let is based downstairs and is a large double room, with double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of draws. There is a shared furnished living room, modern kitchen and one downstairs bathroom with a bath and shower. The property has a back garden. There is parking outside the property and overall is a quiet street. It’s a short walk from Treforest Campus and only a 10 minute walk from Glyntaff.
