The rooms are 400 pounds for single bed 450 pounds for double bed.
Couples are welcome £600
Deposit will required.
I make 3 months contract .
Some bills included.(Landlord pays 110 pounds every month towards gas ,electric ,and water )
You only pay if you exceed that amount .
If the bills exceed shared by house mates.
Ps (Landlord is not included the bills because already contributed)

I am looking for someone clean ,good behaviour and pay their rent & possibly bills on time .
