Contract replacement for uni house next year

I need someone to replace me for my contract ready for next year, it is a nice double bedroom right outside the university gates and a 5 minute walk if that from the train station. The people who will be living with you are lovely people who will make you feel welcome and comfortable because moving in with strangers is daunting but they won’t make you feel like that. Council tax won’t be paid for on this property but if you have a problem with that you just need to use your uni life account to access the council tax letter which proves you’re in full time education.
