The house is 10 mins walk from University and the bus stop in 3-5 mins away and Treforest railway station is 7-8 mins away. The area is safe and there is a takeaway near the house. There are many groceries shops and restaurants at 7-8 mins walk. All the housemates are students and few are from Nigeria and Ghana.
