There are currently two people in this house, aged 33 and 38.

This includes the landlord, making it easier to solve any issues/problems immediately

Rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi)

The house has both washing machine and drier.

Parking is on-street - so no restrictions at anytime.

Looking for a third person, preferably someone who is sociable but not huge on big parties. We share a kitchen and a bathroom, so someone who is very clean and respectful is a must.
