for the next academic year, i’m currenly listed on a property and i need someone to take my place as i may not continue with uni next year

the house is a 5 bedroom so there is another spare room available if two wanted to find a place together.
the room is a double bed on the ground floor.
The house has 3 bathrooms two are ensuits and an additional shower room downstairs. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is a garden/patio. The house is opposite the back gate of the university of south wales and is a 5 minute walk from treforrest train station.
