Hi, we have a double room to rent in our shared house in Treforest. The room is newly refurbished and we have just had a shiny new shower room put in! (The rest of the house to follow).
My name is Gemma, I am 25 and I live with Kye, Noel and Chris. We also have a cat called Gixxer.
We have fast broadband, two showers and off street parking, a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. We have a patio garden. We're are close to two train stations, lots of pubs and takeaways, all within walking distance! Rent is £200 pm (bills are not included but, in the summer, come to about £70pcm. They'd be a little less for students).
