The vacant room, which is available now, is a furnished ground floor double, for single occupancy, with use of the shared bathroom(2 bathrooms between 6). The property is one of only five terraced houses on a very quiet road, with on-road parking. The house has a shared lounge with comfy leather sofas, a huge kitchen with 2 fridge freezers & a utility with washing machine & tumble dryer plus a back garden with BBQ.
Gas/Elec/Broadband are extra, water rates are included. One months deposit required as a bond and rent due in line with Student Loan dates.
The current residents students are 3rd year students.
