Single bedroom - £400 for a single person

All bills included (reasonable usage) and wifi, council tax included too.
I have furnished the house, it has everything you need to live comfortably.

Short term minimum of 3 months considered

The house is 8 minute walk to Trehafod station.
30’ by train to Cardiff Central.
10’ drive to Pontypridd town centre with all shops and a lovely park.

Professionals or students preferred.

Plenty of free parking in front of the house.

Sharing the property with 2 more professionals.

You would be a lodger so you can leave anytime. 2 weeks’ notice and one months’ rent deposit.

You need to have proof of income, work, bank statements or payslip, right to rent.

If students then a student letter required and rent of 2 months (or shorter if duration of stay is shorter) upfront if foreign students.

I will need to carry out vetting as a tenant (even though you are a lodger not a tenant).

I will provide lodger agreement/contract.
