Furnished Double room in lovely house with garden. If needing to work/ study from home there is a spare office set up in conservatory.

3 min walk from the Trevithick trail (lovely walk along the river taff and ideal for runs/ bike rides) and local pubs. Treharris shops & doctors are 5 min drive away with quick access onto A470. Close to Abercynon and Quakers yard train station which go to Cardiff. USW is less than 10 minute drive. Plenty of Street parking available outside house.

I am 28 professional, I have a very friendly Charles spaniel (loving dogs is a must as he is loves cuddles!) The living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared but the house is spacious.
Looking for a friendly, relaxed & tidy female lodger. I am not obsessive over the house but I do like for it to be clean and respected.
