Facilities include a shared bathroom, toilet , kitchen & living room, dining room & small conservatory as well as the garden.

Also available is a work area for homeworking and/study.

Facilities available include washer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer & broadband

I have a beagle so ideally the person would be prepared to look after him on the odd occasions I'm out.

I would also be prepared to cook shared meals but that would be by negotiation.

I'm a quiet person enjoying reading, listening to the radio (especially Radio 4), knitting & watching very little TV.

The property is ideally situated approximately 10 mins from the railway station (which has direct links to Cardiff), the town centre and Ystrad Fawr Hospital.
