Large double room available in a shared house. The house is spacious, with an open plan living room and kitchen and a really nice garden. It is in a quiet residential area, a 15 min walk to two tube stations on the Central and Piccadilly lines (Hanger Lane and Alperton respectively), close to the A40, supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities. There is a large park nearby.

Looking for a reasonably quiet professional person to share with 2 similar. It's a friendly family atmosphere and we'd prefer someone longer term. Non smokers preferred.
Rent inclusive of bills up to a ceiling - if they go over the limit excess paid by residents.
